Already eating all the healthy food but still feeling you are not on track? You might need just a little tweak on the food type, portion, and timing!

Optimal food choice & pattern is designed to discover what is actually good for you. This helps you learn to navigate yourself through all the choices and information in the future.

My 'Standard Care' includes one personal session, one custom plan, and one follow-up session. In the personal session, we will deep dive into your eating and living habits, and your relationship with food and life. The custom plan could either be easy to follow general principles or tailored nutritional information. In the follow-up session, we will make sure the plan is working or whether any adjustments are needed. The duration would be depending on your condition and progress. 

I believe achieving the best food and life balance starts with understanding your inner-self. Nowadays, we are bombarded by social media, and information from friends and family - but your feelings and thoughts are excluded. Our psychology has a major impact on our physiology - with a better understanding of yourself - you will be able to move forward fearlessly and full of confidence.
