My weight management 'Standard Care' includes a personal session, a custom plan, and a follow-up session. I will make sure you have my support every step of the way!

In the personal session, we will take a deep dive into your eating and living habits,  likes and dislikes, exercise, the goal you want to achieve, and also the challenges. An easy to follow custom plan will be made to your unique needs, body type, and lifestyle so that you can take action immediately. With the follow-up session, we will make sure the plan is working or needs to be adjusted. Duration would be depending on your goal - I will provide a feasible timeline to make sure you lose/gain weight in a healthy way.  

I believe great coaching is not short-term thinking or a magic quick fix but working side by side with your unique goals and vision of life. With having evidence-based knowledge and a better understanding of yourself - you will be able to move forward with confidence and create a sustainable result.
